Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

The Whistle Stop Gallery does not provide returns, refunds, or cancellations.

Services Policy

Services require payment in advance. The Whistle Stop Gallery will not provide a refund for services once they have been started. If you are unsure about the service, please inquire first.

Artist's Fees Policy

These are not refundable. You will have the opportunity to decide before you agree to pay anything. Please do so.

Shipping Policy

The Whistle Stop Gallery will only charge shipping fees if you have been notified in advance. Shipping fees will be shown to you before you are required to pay anything to us. If you believe you have been charged a shipping fee in error, please contact the Whistle Stop Gallery immediately.

Privacy Policy

Information you send to the Whistle Stop Gallery by e-mail and/or by forms on this site and/or by any other method of communication is considered confidential by us unless clearly labeled otherwise, and will not be knowingly distributed to any third parties unless a law or legal action requires it and/or your communication asks us to do so and/or your communication contains a request that we can only honor by sharing information with a third party (such as a request to pay for a product or service).
